SpecMar
Specification-driven development framework for AI agents
A development framework that brings structure to AI-assisted coding: specs before code, review before merge, accountability throughout.
What is SpecMar?
SpecMar is a framework for structured, specification-driven development with AI coding agents. It bridges the gap between “vibe coding” and disciplined software engineering.
The core idea: before an AI agent writes any code, there should be a spec. Before code merges, there should be a review. And throughout the process, there should be accountability tracking.
Components
Skills library
A set of Claude Code skills that encode repeatable workflows: feature specs, PR reviews, codebase audits, kill-case reviews, shipping checklists, and session debriefs.
Review framework
Multiple review types at different stages: architecture review (before building), correctness review (before merging), and adversarial kill-case review (before shipping).
Session management
Morning briefings, session debriefs, and memory persistence ensure context carries across work sessions — even when switching between AI providers.
Status
In active internal use across all B3dmar products. Being refined before public release.
