How we build

AI-native, not AI-bolted
Every product starts with AI at the architecture level - not as a feature toggle or afterthought. MCP protocols, semantic search, and agent workflows are first-class concerns.
Ship to production
Demos don't count. Everything we build runs in production with real users, real data, and real uptime requirements. If it can't ship, it doesn't start.
Open by default
Shared libraries are open source. Product decisions are documented. We build in public where possible and contribute back to the ecosystem.
